JOB DESCRIPTION
Yonja.com
- Run sales function for Yonja.com, the largest Turkish language social
network
- Prospect and collaborate with media agencies and brand advertisers to
source advertising campaigns
- Work with media agencies and advertisers to develop custom projects that
fully leverage member data and user interaction model of social networking
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media
solutions
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies
and Yonja Media solutions
- Ensure that our clients receive return on their investment
ADVenue
- Manage ADVenue, Yonja Media Group's international publisher advertising
network
- Sell advertising from local Turkish advertisers to international online
publishers
- Develop and maintain partnerships with leading international publishers
This leadership role reports to the President & CEO of Yonja Media Group.
SKILLS
- 4-6 years of internet sales and/or media buying experience (internet sales
experience is required)
- Knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus
- Deep relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and media
agencies
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding revenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing
environment
- Understand user behavior and how internet advertising works
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Great team player
- Team management experience
- BS/BA degree
- Native Turkish speaker; Fluency in English preferred
