This position calls for excellent interpersonal skills, passion
for helping users and customers, suggesting them solutions,
work arounds and best practices in their day-to-day usage of
our line of services. The duties include responding user inquiries
via email, assist users with usage of web services, resolving
problems and more. The successful candidate will act as a liaison
between users, community team, engineer team and marketing team.
This position is available in Kavacık, İstanbul.
Job Description:
- Answering Yonja hotline emails – accurately resolving, researching
or escalating all issues.
- Doing all that is necessary to ensure user satisfaction in
regard to our service.
- Assigning correct priority to incoming requests.
- Tracking and monitoring open issues to ensure a high level
of customer service.
- Providing fast, friendly and efficient service to Yonja users.
- Assisting in developing and implementing support-related policies
and procedures.
- Communicating with engineering team as needed to identify
bugs, brainstorm solutions
and prioritizing issues.
- Assisting with research needs.
Requirements:
- Recently completed a BS/BA or a professional program, preferably
in Marketing,
Public Relations, or Communications.
- High level of comfort with technology, Windows based applications,
Microsoft Office
programs and the Internet. (Basic html and experience with database management
a plus.)
- Excellent verbal and written skills both in English and in
Turkish.
- High level of integrity, work ethic, and professionalism.
- Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize & pay
attention to detail.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced,
deadline-sensitive environment.
- Ability to work independently and yet be a strong team player.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines
where they exist.
- Ability to suggest reasonable instructions and guidelines
where they do not already exist.
