This position calls for understanding firm’s business goals for executing best practice in terms of visual design. The ideal candidate will specialize in Web Graphics, Flash, CSS, HTML and prefer working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

This position is available in Kavacık, İstanbul.

Job Description:
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user interaction designs.
- Create and/or update design objects including: banners, icons, skins presentation materials
  and flash animations.
- Analyze and evaluate current front-end design/usability challenges and implement
  effective design solutions.
- Work with the development team to design innovative and easy-to-use user interfaces
  feasible, user interfaces for the site and various interactive projects.
- Work with web developers by assisting them in order to finalize products.
- Assist on other projects as needed.
- Creating web images and digital illustrations.
- Creating graphical User Interface elements.
- Manipulating pixel-level details to create elegant icons.

Requirements:

- Must have recently completed a BS/BA or a professional program, preferably in graphic
  design, art or related field.
- 2-5 years experience in web-based graphic design or web interface design.
- Strong knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS coding.
- Capablility in design and layout, always open to learn something new and inquiring for new
  technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an expert attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Freehand illustration skills.
- Strong knowledge of color theory.
