Job Description:

- Develop and manage direct and agency sales activities.
- Consistently increase revenue growth through the acquisition of identified prospects.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals as set by management.
- Follow-up on trafficking of ads.
- Provide monthly & weekly reports on account performance for client and sales review.
- Manage the day-to-day contact with clients and discuss campaign progress.

Requirements:

- BS/BA degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or PR.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales or online advertising experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of the online media industry, familiarity with terms such as
  CPM, CPA, CPC and banner formats is a plus.
- Positive, winning attitude and willingness to build customer relationships.
- Self-confident, appreciative of a challenge and competitive.
- Great listening skills, ability to cope with rejection.
- Physically and mentally energetic.
