Job Description:

- Increase brand awareness, and improve overall user and advertiser experience.
- Define marketing messages for company brands and conduct integrated
  marketing communications program.
- Create and manage the marketing content and messaging on our corporate website
  and other internet properties.
- Create marketing campaigns. Develop viral and promotional user marketing programs.
- Prepare PR programs and execute ongoing PR campaigns.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze customer behavior patterns, website traffic, premium membership acquisition
  rates ad other performance indicators to gain customer insight and, in turn, build
  long term strategy.
- Prepare and edit user and corporate newsletters, press releases, media kits and edit
  the copy in all marketing materials.

Requirements:

- BS/BA degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or PR.
- Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience in the consumer goods market.
- Should have managed a consumer brand and have in depth experience in brand building with
  an emphasis on running marketing communication campaigns.
- Superior communication skills and high levels of creativity.
- An in-depth understanding and familiarity of consumer internet services.
- Ability to define and establish marketing messages, strategies and tactics covering
  the company's brands.
- Ability to analyze trends and develop solid strategic marketing plans and conduct marketing
  campaigns.
- Should have direct experience managing broad-reach consumer marketing campaigns
  or launching consumer web-based products or services.
