This position calls for understanding firm’s business goals for executing best practice in terms of visual design. The ideal candidate will specialize in Web Graphics, Flash, CSS, HTML, Javascript and prefer working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

This position is available in Kavacık, İstanbul.

Job Description:

- Work with the development team to design innovative and easy-to-use user interfaces
  feasible, user interfaces for the site and various interactive projects.
- Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of
  user centered design process.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user interaction designs.
- Create and maintain the design style guide and user experience guidelines.
- Lead the design lifecycle utilizing site maps, flow charts, prototypes, and full screen mockups.
- Deliver a range of design objects including: banners, icons, skins and flash animations.
  navigation, skins and flash animations.
- Take the lead for brand and design standards across all projects.
- Analyze and evaluate current front-end design/usability challenges and implement
  effective design solutions.
- Work with web developers to deliver the final product.
- Assist on other projects as needed.


Requirements:

- BS/BA degree preferably in graphic design, art or related field or equivalent academic
  and work experience.
- 2-5 years experience in web-based graphic design or web interface design.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design software. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of interactive and web design software.
  (Flash, ActionScripting, Dreamweaver,)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an expert attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude .
