Job Description:

- Work with the management team to concept and design innovative, usable,
  technically feasible, user interfaces for the site and various interactive projects.
- Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of
  user centered design process.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user interaction designs.
- Monitor production systems and if needed be able to troubleshoot potential problems
  and solve them quickly.
- Create and maintain the design style guide and user experience guidelines.
- Lead the design lifecycle utilizing site maps, flow charts, prototypes, and full screen mockups.
- Take the lead for brand and design standards across all projects.
- Analyze, evaluate, develop, and deploy current front-end design/usability changes.
- Assist on other projects as needed.


Requirements:

- BS degree preferably in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent academic and
  work experience.
- 2-5 years experience in web-based application design, development and operation.
- Strong knowledge of graphic Java, JSP programming languages.
- Strong knowledge relational databases. (Oracle, MySQL)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript.
- Strong understanding of Apache and Tomcat.
- Strong understanding of Linux development environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an expert attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- A track record of self started initiative as well as being a team player in a distributed
  office environment.
